Brief Summary: Naruto begins his life as a Ninja, as do Sasuke and Sakura. They are placed in Team 7 and they begin their survival training with their sensei, Kakashi. But this jounin is much tougher than he looks. There is definately more than meets the eye.

Mizuki tells Naruto about the Demon Fox, Iruka protects Naruto. Naruto learns the Shadow Clone and pulverizes Mizuki.
Naruto becomes a Genin.
Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura are placed in Team 7, under Hatake Kakashi.
Team 7 begin their survival training.

Brief Summary: Kakashi and his new team are given one of their first major assignments as Genin: to escort an architect called Tazuna back to the country of Wave. However, soon after they leave the confines of Leaf Village, they are attacked by vicious Chuunin-level Ninjas and their mission becomes even more dangerous when Momochi Zabuza, a dangerous missing-nin of the Mist country, shows up and attempts to assassinate Tazuna.

Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke finish their survival training with Kakashi; they all pass.
Kakashi and his team are given their first C rank mission, to escort Tazuna back to the Wave Country.
They encounter the Demon Brothers but Kakashi and Sasuke sort them out with ease.
The team encounter Zabuza, who Kakashi fights.
Zabuza captures Kakashi in a Jutsu.
Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura free Kakashi and he turns the tables on Zabuza.
A hunter-nin shows up and kills Zabuza.
Kakashi and team make it to Tazuna's home, and rest there.
Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura begin training again with Kakashi; preparing themselves for the possibility that Zabuza is alive.

Brief Summary: Kakashi and company begin recovering their wounds. They also train for their next encounter. The bridge is almost complete when Zabuza and Haku ambush Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi again. Kakashi squares off against Zabuza while Sasuke takes on the incredible Haku, who reveals a powerful, advanced Jutsu. Naruto shows up to help Sasuke, but is it to late?

Naruto and co. continue their Chakra training, and after a few days Naruto and Sasuke have mastered it.
Kakashi and Zabuza completely recover.
Zabuza and Haku ambush Tazuna, Kakashi, Sasuke and Sakura on the bridge; Naruto is resting.
Sasuke begins to fight Haku.
Zouri and Waraji show up at Inari's house. They try to take Tsunami but Naruto stops them and then heads to the bridge.
Zabuza and Kakashi continue to fight.
Sasuke learns to use Sharingan and saves Naruto. He takes a critical blow and falls to the floor. Naruto is extremely enraged.

Brief Summary: After their battle with Zabuza and Haku, Naruto and company return to the Leaf Village. Soon after, mysterious Ninjas are appearing in the village. Although suspecting intruders, the team discover the purpose of these strangers is the Chuunin selection exam that is to soon be taking place in Naruto's home village. The jounin senseis enter all eligible students, and soon our heroes discover themselves up against a strange new foe, with thick black eyebrows.

Naruto unleashes Kyubi's power upon Haku.
Haku tells Naruto his childhood story.
Kakashi uses Earth Tracking Fang and summons dogs who capture Zabuza.
Haku springs in front of Kakashi's attack, saving Zabuza from the critical blow of the Lightning Edge.
Gatou and his men appear.
Zabuza murders Gatou and a few of his men.
Zabuza dies, while Sasuke wakes up.
The 4 return to Leaf Village.
Naruto, Sakura, Konohamaru and a few of his friends meet the 3 sand ninjas: Gaara, Temari and Kankuro.
Kakashi's team, and many other Leaf Genin are entered for the Chuunin exam by their senseis.
Naruto and co. meet Rock Lee and he invites Sasuke to battle.
